LUXE Pools is an experienced fibreglass products manufacturer, manufacturing big variety of products
from polyester and vinyl ester resins.
We manufacture fibreglass swimming pools, speed boats, wind energy shells, bathtubs and many other
products in our 15000 square meter area factory using more than 100 tons of resin every month.
Fibreglass pools, manufactured in our factory, are specially made for severe northern Europe,
Scandinavian and Russian climate, resistant to big temperature changes. All layers we use are are of
highest quality products from world famous producers.
We produce pools with possibility to put one into other, so the transportation costs will be as low as
possible for this type of pools.

Drainage system
1. The fiberglass pool “LUXE Pools”
has to be deepened into the ground
for 135cm.
4. The 5cm layer of fine gravel -
crushed stone is required to even
the surface.
5. Underneath the pool bottom there has to be
300mm dens pillow of crushed stone.
Crushed stone 8 - 32mm.
2. If the pool is not covered with
polyurethane foam by factory, we
recommend covering it with 30mm -
thick sheets of polyurethane foam.
3. Exterior of the pool has to be filled
with crushed stone, which layer has
to be not thinner than 300mm from
pool wall. Crushed stone - 8-32mm.
LUXE Pools pool installation steps

LUXE integrated covers for pools. We produce pool covers, suitable for all pool types.
Covers are suitable for indoor and outdoor pools, all parts made of MARINE SS stainless steel
316 L, tube is made from MARINE SS stainless steel 316 L. The motor and the controller are
produced in FRANCE.
Lames are produced in Belgium and conform the EU standard of safety NF 90-308.
Advantages of LUXE Covers:
• Conform the NF P 90 – 308 safety norms
• Can me supplied as SOLAR cover
• All covers are fully automatic
• Reduces usage of chlorine in water due to lower UV into water
• Saves water temperature day and night
• LUXE Cover is just above the waterline – it will not change the view if your garden
• This type of cover is the most popular type of covers on EU market.

Our company produces custom size Stainless Steel pools, made of high quality MARINE Inox
stainless steel AISI316L. Pools can have skimmer flow system, full overflow, endless or custom
