High Voltage Insulation Mat are relatively thin mats of thickness (2mm to 3.5 mm) made of elastomeric polymers Material having a high Insulation resistance, thus imparting total safety of human being from any leakage current. The Safe Volt Synthetic Insulating Mat- Confirming to IS 15652 : 2006 has superseded the rubber mat with IS 5424 (cold standard) as per the Govt. of India Gazette Notification No. S.O. 2086 dated 17 July 2007 and duly tested by central power research Institute.
