2. The preconstruction meeting for our project was held on Wednesday, August 3rd, 2011. The architect, the COG and construction company representatives, the County Administrator and other county officials and the main subcontractors attended to get final instructions about reporting, any project specific requirements and the types of paperwork to be used. Contracts were signed at the conclusion of the meeting. It was announced that site preparation would begin the following week. These pictures document the activity that took place the week of August 15th– August 19th.
