My vision of what management may be like in the year 2040.

2. The managers will do all of their work from home and will not go into the office.

3. Managers will teleconference from home over the internet all over the world.

4. Managers will be using more complexsecurity programs on their computers.

5. There will be a higher number of women in management.

6. Computers used by managers will be as small as cell phones and controlled by voice commands.

7. The managers will not have to oversee people in the workplace because it will all be automated.

8. Managers will be dealing with teams in the workforce only through the internet.

9. Conclusion Managers in the year 2040 will be working in a virtual world where people only interact by computers and cell phones. Managers will be able to control things in their companies all over the world by giving voice commands over the internet.
