This film, focused on the rediscovery of elusive musician Rodriguez, showcases some of
Cape Town’s most spectacular scenery, including a stunning view along Chapman’s Peak
Drive between Noordhoek and Hout Bay, a striking sight of the city centre and Cape Town
Stadium from the Cape Sun Hotel, and a glorious sunset vision of Table Mountain from
Blaauwberg.

• The MyCiTi bus, a public bus service operates across the main areas of the
city.
• A train service operates across the main areas of the city; however, this is
predominantly focused on commuter transport.
• Metered taxis are freely available but ideally you should call ahead to book
and use only registered services.
• Private taxis can be booked through Cape Town Tourism.
• Minibus taxis offer convenient but sometimes hair- raising transport along
major routes. They are frequently available and inexpensive
• All major car-hire companies operate from the airport and have city depots.
