at least two employees who successfully participated in a CTW training and hold a valid CTW
Quality Host certification. Companies receive the CTW Quality Label certification in electronic

CTW Destination Label holders

Destinations have the opportunity to receive the CTW Destination Label as an efficient and
affordable way of highlighting the preparedness of the tourism service providers in the destination
for Chinese visitors based on the CTW Training Programme. In order to receive the CTW
Destination Label, destinations have through their Destination Marketing Organisations or through
other ways to offer CTW Chinese Tourist Welcome trainings for tourism service providers in the
destination. For each million inhabitants one CTW training has to be conducted. The first training
must be conducted before the CTW Destination Label is granted, additional trainings during the
two years duration of the CTW Destination Label.
