       Education is essential to the development of
        today's knowledge society and economy.
       We face the same challenges with education:
        access, quality, efficiency, etc.
       Countries need to work together to share best
        practice and jointly develop policies and systems
        to promote education cooperation.

        – Enhance educational quality and effectiveness
          through promoting staff and student mobility
        – Promote cooperation in strategic areas of mutual
          interest, such as Aerospace, Bioenergy, Natural
          resources and environmental technology, Ocean
          technology
        – Enhance creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship
        – Foster understanding of one another’s culture and
          heritage and learning of other languages
