• Items without RA # will be returned at the
customer’s expense.
• All items must be returned within 60 days after
RA # is issued.
• RA # will not be issued unless a repair PO # is
supplied.
• Sample returns will not be accepted after the 30
day trial.
• All returns are subject to a re-stocking fee.
• Items must be in new, condition and in the

• Stock returns must first be inspected and

SOLID-2E/4E, ECO, SCAN, UMC-Mirror Columns.
We provide a 2 year warranty on light curtains manufactured in
US
3-5 business days for shipment of US manufactured products.
All other products approximately 2- 3 weeks for delivery.
We can build and ship within 24 hours.
