The Retail Activations Monitor creates a seamless management process for in-store
marketing campaigns, providing campaign control and feedback through visual
proof of execution.

The RAM solution allows for smart management of sales and marketing campaigns across widespread territories, providing
feedback and control to marketers. Using the Activations Tracker application, marketers can create campaigns, define
activities, upload VM designs, assign locations to be covered, and deploy the workforce to complete activities. Using the
Activations Mobile App, the staff, vendors, visual merchandisers view their assignments and submit visual proof of completed
activities as they happen, and ‘Activate’ the locations where campaign activities are completed. Marketers can view the
location tagged photos of finished activities, and fetch campaign reports centrally. Display Share Add-in helps you collect
display share data for your product in multi brand outlets for critical competitive intelligence or manage display of your
products in owned stores.
The Workforce Management App provides capabilities for managing distributed staff, contractors and promoters. This app
allows you to manage workforce leave, attendance at work location, supervisor approvals, and daily work & sales reporting.
The Training & Certifications App enables self paced learning as well as broadcasting of instructional video to on store staff,
vendor personnel, visual merchandisers and promoters. The app can deliver quizzes and certifications to ensure uniform and
benchmarked understanding of brand messaging, campaign requirements, behavioural expectations, and standard operating
procedures across the workforce.
