4. I have in the past used EasyPC (circuit board designer) and
Pspice (circuit emulator) and have also done C++ and
assembly level programming,
Driving licence: For automatic car, held since 22 May 1995.
Mechanics: Can fix/service most parts of a car or motorcycle.
PERSONAL
I have an interest in electronics, computers, motorcycles, cars, mechanics and
mechanical and electrical engineering (had my first engine at 8 years old).
I enjoy getting involved in projects even at home - so far most of my vehicles have
been projects right from my first motorcycle at the age of 16 which started as 3
bikes, all of the projects I get involved with have been done on a strict budget and
most have involved finding some almost impossible to get parts with a lot of
research beforehand, the latest being a 1962 Landrover rebuilt from the chassis up
(with help from my friends).
I like faultfinding – especially in vehicles (electrical or mechanical) and also in
electrical circuits.
I like building and mending computers (hardware and software)
In the past I have enjoyed exploring green lanes in my LandRover - most of the
time this is more than just driving as getting moving again when you are stuck can
often take a lot of team work an ingenuity sometimes for up to an hour, getting
stuck is the best bit – having to solve problems and work together to get out.
I also raise money for charity occasionally, so far I have with a friend cycled around
Wales and raised enough money for a second hand ambulance for St johns
ambulance and with three friends raised £400 for Inspire (spinal injuries charity) by
having our heads shaved amongst other things.
I can’t just sit and do nothing I am always working on some project or at least
planning a new one (the next one is my old Trike which needs a full strip down and
rebuild.
4
5. I am always punctual (I prefer to turn up early and relax for a while before work
starts)
I am hard working and always willing to learn new skills.
