A single agent has approximately 111 tasks that he or
she has to perform. By specializing in specific areas of

What is a Transaction Coordinator and how does that benefit me
as a Home Seller?
A job description for a Transaction Coordinator is:
Responsible for the processing of all contracts through closing.
Assures that all post-closing disbursements, filing, and procedures
take place. Communicates with customers, clients, other
agents, and service providers throughout the closing process.
Provide clients with Real-time transaction status anywhere,
anytime. Responsible for keeping the entire team updated on
the progress of all contracts and advises team members when
they need to become involved in negotiations or problem
resolution. Maintains all vendor and service provider files.
Responsible for effective communication with clients to ensure
that fiduciary service is delivered from contract to close.
How does this benefit you as Home Seller?
We have a full-time Transaction Coordinator and she ensures
that everything from contract to close gets done. This saves our
clients time, money and stress. Selling the home is only half the
battle. Once the purchase and sale agreement has been
negotiated our transaction coordinator steps up to ensure
constant communication with our clients and that their
transaction is completed in the shortest amount of time with the
least amount of problems.

Once again Anton and RESG took care of us. We have bought and sold
multiple properties with them that include homes for us to live in, land and
investment properties. They have always met or exceeded our

Anton and Jon were always polite, professional and helpful to the extent
they could be with a tough sale situation. I had attempted to sell my
house a few years ago and could never seem to catch the attention of
the appropriate buyers. With Jon and Anton's help, I was able to come up
with a strategy that provided me with good coverage in the market in
Seattle. While it took a little longer than expected with a few road bumps
along the way, I felt that Anton and Jon were 100% there to back me up
when I really needed them to. I also thank them for their extreme courtesy
and professionalism when I was at the end of my rope with personal
stresses. They really helped in keeping me sane and focused through a
difficult sales process that was complicated by rude neighbors, necessary
and expensive repairs and a stilted negotiation with first time home buyers
on the other end. I feel they always did their best to get me the best deal
possible, and I am very happy with this real estate office. I highly

A job description for a Transaction Coordinator is: Responsible for the processing of all contracts through closing. Assures that all post-closing disbursements, filing, and procedures take place. Communicates with customers, clients, other agents, and service providers throughout the closing process. Provide clients with Real-time transaction status anywhere, anytime. Responsible for keeping the entire team updated on the progress of all contracts and advises team members when they need to become involved in negotiations or problem resolution. Maintains all vendor and service provider files. Responsible for effective communication with clients to ensure that fiduciary service is delivered from contract to close.   4. This is the marketing section. This is where the agent can talk about their marketing services as well as get a feel for how the client would like to market their property.
  5. This print media section can be customized to reflect the print media your office uses. If your office does not use print media feel free to delete these slides.
  6. Insert images of your website here and replace the address with the agent’s website. You may right click the website image and hyperlink it to the website’s address so that when tapped on the tablet will navigate to the agent’s website.
  7. Replace the default QR Code with a QR Code generated for the agent’s listing when available. If they do not yet have a virtual tour then the agent may use the default QR Code. It’s functional and when scanned links to a template virtual tour we have created.
  8. Replace the facebook image here with images of the Agent’s Facebook Profile.
