The Chris Hemsworth Workout
1. The Chris Hemsworth Workout
In Norse mythology the god Thor was considered to be one of the strongest, ranking on the same
level as the Greek God Zeus. Thor is seen as a hammer wielding god who creates storms, thunder
and lightning and is the protector of mankind. That is a pretty tall order to fulfill, how do you manage
to look like the Norse god Thor? You perform the Chris Hemsworth workout and challenge your body
in order to achieve its maximum potential and the body of a god.
The Chris Hemsworth workout is intense and should be done five days a week for 60-90 minute
sessions that consist of bent-over rows, dead lifts, squats, hamstring curls, weighted pull-ups, bench
presses, tire flips, log presses, Turkish get-ups, prowler sprints, kettle bell work and topped off with
performing the windmill. By performing each of these exercises properly and using the proper form
can make a world of difference and can help you not only achieve your desired results, but also help
prevent any future injuries or complications.
The key to ensuring that you not only burn the fat from your body but also pack on and build muscle it
is incredibly important to ensure that while performing these exercises, heavy weights are used.
Because you are using such heavy weights, you only need to perform each exercise 4-6 times and
hold each movement between 10-20 seconds. When these exercises are performed with heavy
weights you dona€™t need to do a lot of reps in order to tire out your muscles, by only doing a few
repetitions of these exercises, you will effectively exhaust your muscles as you move between each
exercise with minimal rest periods between each exercise.
Adding bulk and burning fat from your body does not happen overnight and will require a lot of work
and dedication. The Chris Hemsworth workout requires an eight week dedication to this workout and
as mentioned should be performed five times a week, allowing your body two rest days in between.
Two rest days are required because this workout is incredibly physically exhausting, ita€™s important
to include a rest day to allow your body to recover in order to properly bulk up your muscles.
This workout is not recommended for people who are just beginning a workout regimen. If you are
someone who is already relatively physically fit but is looking to add bulk to your muscle then we most
definitely suggest the Chris Hemsworth Workout if you are looking for a challenge.
