2. POC: SGT. Dunz, Jim, (573)-433-1671 Halloween Social The 94th EN BN will be conducting a Field Exercise from 12 Oct-29 Oct. We hope to give the spouses and children something to do during the battalion’s absence and a chance to meet other spouses. A battalion wide joint effort will help alleviate some of the stress FRGs encounter in coordinating an event and experiencing low participation. Since the battalion is expected back shortly before Halloween, that will be our theme. This event will be a low maintenance potluck social with a few activities for the children to enjoy. Each FRG will sponsor at least one activity for the kids (craft, game, etc) and provide three bags of candy. FRGs will need to recruit volunteers to assist with their activities. (Keep in mind the older kids who could help out so they remain involved.) Date: Friday, 14 October, 6:00-8:00ish Location: Stonegate Community Center. 77th FRG has paid for deposit. If there are any damages the BN Fund will reimburse them for it.
