Currently, I am Deputy Commissioner for Strategic Initiatives at the New York Police Department, serving on Police Commissioner Bill Bratton’s executive staff. In my role, I oversee all of NYPD’s digital media including web, social, and Intranet. I direct the NYPD’s Project Management Office, responsible for training managers, tracking projects, and providing transparency to 300+ innovation initiatives; and I oversee the Research, Evaluation and Analytics units providing customer insight data and managing customer experience/workforce engagement initiatives.
