1. The procedure purpose.
The present procedure regulates an order of the organisation of building of objects under
contracts and Electrical Instrumentation Construction Corporationcontracts.
2. Scope of application
The present process is obligatory for use by all structural divisions of the company.

4. The procedure description
In the primary activity – the organisation of building of petro-gas pipelines and their
infrastructure carries out Electrical Instrumentation Construction Corporationby means of attraction
to this work of the specialised building companies on conditions субподряда.
The organisation and performance of works on building of objects develops of separate
processes, the block which scheme is presented in the appendix №1.
4.1. The contract or contract conclusion on building.
The order of the conclusion of the contract contract on building is stated in procedure of
SEA П702.
4.2 Selection and appointment as orders of a management of Electrical Instrumentation
Construction Corporationof the curator of building of object and leaders ИТР.

4.3. Performance of mobilisation actions.
Are carried out together with the involved subcontract organisations and includes a little in
parallel carried out actions, namely:
 It is developed by technological department PPR (the project of manufacture of works);
 Get out and certified by chief specialists of Electrical Instrumentation Construction
Corporationof technology of performance of works (welding, изоляционных, etc.);
 On a building site heads of building with pilot group leave and will organise an
infrastructure of a site of building.
4.4. Working out and the coordination with the Customer of the schedule of building of
object.
According to requirements of contract ПТО under the direction of the Chief engineer
develop the schedule of building of object and co-ordinate it with the Customer.
4.5. Purchase of materials and the equipment for object building
According to contract specifications, and also after positive results of certification of the
basic technological processes the agent on supply under the demand given out ПТО carries
out purchase of materials and the equipment according to procedure of SEA P704.
4.6. Performance of civil and erection works.
Works on object are carried out by production teams on the certified technologies and
typical technological instructions. It is simultaneously carried out quality of performance of
works is supervised, realisation of the schedule of building is analyzed.
4.7. Registration of the executive documentation «as is constructed».
All stages of works come to the end with registration of intermediate certificates. From the
specified documents the executive documentation which on building end is transferred to the
Customer is formed. Forms of certificates are certificated, resulted in СНиП or ВСН.
4.8. Tests and object pusko-adjustment.
It is carried out by the personnel of building division under the direction of Electrical
Instrumentation Construction Corporation with participation of the Customer, under
requirements of standards or special requirements of the Customer.
4.9. Transfer of the constructed object to the Customer.
