Your online reputation is extremely important and it's not something that you can leave up to chance. When someone Google's your personal name, brand or business, what are they going to find?

Reputation management has many factors outside of just what's appearing in the search results, it's also about knowing when and where your name and brand is being mentioned online at all times. When talking about online mentions, it's also crucial to stress the importance of knowing how to properly respond to any complaints, reviews or negative content that might be hurting your name online. Approaching negative online content in the wrong way can lead to a negative disaster and potentially go viral!
