Now we will look at another classic indicatior of labour market succes of failure: Skills-mismatch Definition of over education: to have a job that requires education at a lower level than the degree the graduate holds. Over-Education is more prevalent among degree students Increased probability of over-education persist when we control for a lot of variables in multivariate analyses.
