2. Concept
The starting point of this blueprint is a comprehensive survey of
the land, analyzing each plot in terms of access, topography and
views.
From this study, 3 types of housing with 4 clear objectives have
been projected:
1. To create a harmonic and diverse residential group
2. To obtain breadth of views in each dwelling.
3. To offer an attractive and modern architectural image.
4. To optimize the cost of construction.

3. Architectural style
As a result of the Town Planning Ordinance, almost all of the houses, have a surface of 194,36 m2.
Being distributed in 2 plants that contain on ground floor: hall, living room - dining room, 1 bedroom with bathroom en suite
and a guest toilet, and on the first floor: 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.
The layout of the rooms helps to get privacy between the different houses.
Due to the high building density of the set, an architecture of wide interior spaces open both inside and outside, as well as a
style that emphasizes elegance and lightness has been chosen .
Large overhangs, pergolas have been projected taking into account that these items do not count as buildability or
occupation.

4. Location
The location of each villa on his plot has been designed so that they prevail the
sea views, which are possible in the vast majority.
Living/dining room, kitchen and bedroom stays have been projected in such a
way that they can obtain the most possible sunlight, like the swimming pool.

6. Types of facades
In order to avoid monotony in the set, 3 types of facades have been
designed, maintaining a common structure for all homes and a similar
interior layout.
The 3 types are doubled when considering the symmetry of each one
of them, obtaining 6 types of different facades.
In this way, each House is only repeated 7 times.
Only in plots 12-13, 12-14, 12-20 and 13-03 surface plot allows to
equip housing with an additional bedroom and bathroom on ground
floor (type 3) .

7. Economy in construction
In order to achieve greater economy in construction, there is only one
type of concrete structure.
To unify the type of structure favors the speed of manufacture and
Assembly, obtaining more competitive prices on this item.
The similarity of interior layout and exterior carpentry equalizes the
manufacture of all the constructive elements, lowering the offer.
