The Cleaning Solution is a YOUNG business with a HISTORY!
While we may be relative new-comers in the competitive world of shop, office and factory cleaning, the
Proprietors' hands-on experience spans some 17 years, much of it dealing with sensitive computer and
electronic equipment. We have also been involved in the cleaning of many of South Africa's premier
Shopping Centres where QUALITY, CARE and TIMEOUSNESS are paramount.

The Cleaning Solution Cc. was established in 1998 and is in operation for the past 12 years with total
commitment to social upliftment and community development. Since ,Mrs. Jane Gill the owner and Chief

employees from the Historically/Previously Disadvantaged Communities. Most of / or 60% of The
Cleaning Solution employees are with the company in the excess 10 years, proving that Mrs. Giland
her Directors are committed to enhancing the quality of the lives of their employees.
The Cleaning Solution CC provides in its budget on an annual basis a total of R120'000 towards Social
Upliftment and enhancement of its staff members. The concept of The Cleaning Solution is that charity
begins at home prior to ensuring that it is achieved elsewhere has led to PDI, Cleaning
Solution members being offered the following:
o Adult Basic Education - ABET, which enhances the knowledge of its employee base and
furthering their job capacity
o Providing Employee with education grants that will contribute to our staffs' children being
educated and less stress on their parents, who will concentrate better at work in providing
YOU, our valued Client with an effective and efficient service.
o Home Improvement Loans, this ensures that both our staff members and their children are
provided with good homes that they feel proud of.
o Home Loans, which will ensure that our employees become responsible people and parents,
by ensuring that they have proper shelter for their children and themselves.
The Cleaning Solution provides assistance to various organizations and institutions around the
Ekhuruleni area on a constant basis. We have provided assistance to the Benoni Children's Home in
monetary terms for them to purchase blankets, food and clothing for the Children. Many Homes and
schools receive aids from The Cleaning Solutions by means of deep hygiene cleaning of its toilet
facility. The old aged homes are cleaned on a quarterly basis, thus ensuring that both the children and
the aged of the East Rand receive quality and a clean and hygienic environment to live in.
The Cleaning Solution also extends its hand out to the disabled organizations of the East Rand by
providing cleaning and monetary relief. All cleaning and hygiene cleaning aspects are conducted at no
cost to the organization.
BLACK ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT
1. OBJECTIVE
The objective of this policy document is to ensure that The Cleaning Solution adhere to all
aspects relating to Black Economic Empowerment and its stipulated legislation as governed by
South African law. It also needs to ensure that the company adopts Black Empowerment in
uniformity and in its true sense.
2. SCOPE
This policy document covers all aspects within The Cleaning Solution from General Hygiene
Controllers, Team leaders, Supervisors and Managers.
3. GENERAL
The Cleaning Solution's Black Economic Policy will cater for Previously Disadvantaged
individuals who were marginalized by the previous government's policies and legislations of the
country prior to 1994

Constant observations and monitoring of all employees are maintained via practical theoretical

A database is maintained and updated whereby individuals are identified for Supervisory and
Site Management positions. Identified individuals are provided with bursaries to study via
Damlin and other higher learning institutions
Two of our area managers started as cleaners.
