with a 100% proof of delivery (POD) service, emailed directly to your desk. WLM offers complete
web based solutions that allows full tracking of your consignments through our network, giving
you full access to up-to date status of your shipments. Should you require shipping reports, we
offer a variety of standard on-line reporting formats, or alternatively we can create custom
made reports to meet our customer’s complex demands.
International Express Courier
• Standard 1-2 working day delivery to all capital & major cities in over 170 countries.
• Standard 3-4 working day delivery to all capital & major cities in the rest of the world.
• Next–Day or special timed delivery option available to most capital & major cities
destinations worldwide.
• Priority Must Deliver option available to various destinations in Africa, Asia, Europe and
Middle-East.
International Document & Non- Document Delivery
This service is purely devised for your very urgent documents & non-document timed delivery
consignments which require more than an express delivery, WLM offers premium am deliveries
through our vast express network. Please contact our customer service teams for more detailed

European Same Day
Keeping with the needs of our valued customers to access European markets as quickly as
possible, WLM offers a same-day service to all Western European capitals on a next available
flight basis, followed by a dedicated delivery service to door with immediate proof of delivery.

2. USA & Canada Special Delivery
WLM’s vast North American network enables us to operate services to all major cities via New
York (NYC) for Eastern destinations or Los Angeles (LAX) for West and Mid West deliveries. Fast
track urgent clearance on arrival comes as standard, with next flight out to local hub and
dedicated delivery to door.
Africa Special Delivery
WLM has various branch offices and agents located in the continent of Africa enabling us to offer
next-day / timed pick –ups and deliveries to our large customer base. We have a major
presence in the area thanks to our major service hubs located in Johannesburg, Nairobi, Lagos
and Accra. Our local expertise in the complex African continent environment makes us second to
none on the service front.
Middle-East Delivery
WLM operates a daily courier service to its main Middle East hub located in Dubai, United Arab
Emirates. This service enables us to connect our valued customers to all capitals and major
cities in the Middle east within 48–72 working hours.
Global Hand Carry
WLM - own staff accompany your shipment on the next available flight and ensure personal
delivery to your consignee with immediate proof of delivery enabling to keep your deadlines.
UK Domestic
WLM complements its global coverage by operating a fully structured range of UK delivery
services (including Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and Channel Isles) with full
on-line track and trace and proof of delivery facility. Some of or main UK Domestics services are

3. UK Next Day
We offer our customers a guaranteed next-day delivery to business addresses anywhere in the
UK. Collections can be made from your own premises or other 3rd party locations to suit your
requirements.
UK Next day Premium
For all your urgent consignments, WLM offers a full range of premium services that includes,
before 12.00 pm delivery, as well as before 10 am and before 9.00 am. As usual, full on-line
track and trace is provided as standard.
UK Same Day
WLM offers special services to ensure the fastest possible deliveries are made, regardless of
whether a customer wishes to send a large pallet or a small document consignment. For this
purpose we offer anything from a dedicated motorbike, small van, transit van or other bigger
modes of road transport to specifically drive to complete your personal or company movements.
This service comes with immediate proof of delivery on completion of the movements as
requested..

4. Global Air, Sea & Road Freight:-
WLM understands the need for slower delivery solutions to its valued customers, either for
reasons of cost or because of the size of individual shipments. We offer a full complement of
global solutions, all of which offer peace of mind and proof of delivery.
International
WLM in conjunction with our Global Courier solutions offers our customers the ability to move
heavier shipments through multi-modal freight solutions to worldwide destinations. Our various
services offered under the Global Air & Sea Freight product are listed below for your reference.
International Air Freight
• Whether receiving goods from overseas or fulfilling export orders, WLM has the right
solution for your internal airfreight consignments, routed through direct or consolidated
flights.

U.K. Road Freight
In keeping with the UK Next day solution, we can move consignments from multiple points on a
door-door basis anywhere in the UK. This can range from a single pallet to full trailer loads
requiring special handling. This service is accompanied with a full proof of delivery upon
delivery.

6. U.K. 2-3 Day Service
WLM offers various deferred delivery solutions for within the UK movements, both to business
and to consumer (residential deliveries). The transit time for this service is 2-3 working days.
This service is meaningful for campaigns, cost sensitive or non-priority material and is
predominantly useful for direct mail or web-based retailing.
