The Perfactory Xede uses DLP technology to produce exceptionally large 3D parts at fast speeds without compromising surface quality or accuracy. It uses a series of projected voxel planes to cure photopolymer into solid objects, producing highly detailed parts without visible layering. The system can create models from conceptual to functional using various photopolymer materials similar to ABS and nylon that are suitable for many applications.

The PerfactoryXede® three dimensional Rapid Prototyping and Manufacturing system allows for the production of
exceptionally large 3D parts at fast build speeds without sacrificing surface quality and part accuracy.
exas Instruments®, a series of voxel planes are projected
Using state-of-the-art Digital Light Processing technology from T
curing the photopolymer into a solid object where the image is projected. This consequently produces a highly crisp detailed
part. The continuous layerless Z build on the PerfactoryXede ® eliminates the part layering typically visible in other competing
layer-based Rapid Prototyping technologies.
The PerfactoryXede® creates three-dimensional models that range from conceptual to fully functional using many
photopolymer-based materials similar to ABS, Polypropylene, and glass-filled Nylon Parts. Photopolymer materials filled
with Aluminum Oxide, Zirconium Oxide, Silicon Oxide, and parafin wax are also available for use on this new machine.

R05/ R11 E Shell 200 SI 500 WIC 300 PIC 100 RC 25 NanoCure PIC 100 G E Shell 300
is a high temperature resistant nanoparticle filled resin material that is used to build hard
wearing rigid parts. It is opaque peach in color and is ideal for applications requiring superior stiffness and high
heat temperature deflection. Example applications include: automotive components, pump housings and impellers,
wind tunnel test parts, light reflectors, injection molds, and parts requiring chrome plating.
The envisionTEC e-Shell 300 series has been designed especially for applications in the hearing aid industry and is
distinguished for rigidity and durability. envisionTEC e-Shell 300 is a liquid, photo-reactive acrylate used for
building functional parts. It is CE certified and Class-IIa biocompatible according to ISO 10993 (Medical Product Law)
for hearing aid shells and otoplastics. They are tough, opaque, water and perspiration resistant and available in
several different transparent tones including water clear, rose clear, red, and blue.
envisionTEC e-Shell 200 is a liquid, photo-reactive acrylate for building functional parts. It is CE certified and
classified as Class-IIa biocompatible according to ISO 10993 (Medical Product Law) for hearing aid shells. Parts are
tough, opaque, water and perspiration resistant, and available in several different skin tone colors. It is just suitable
for thin-walled hearing aid shells. Due to its opaque appearance, similar to traditional plastics, parts can also be used
in non-medical applications such as tough functional prototypes, appearance models that require minimal finishing,
durable concept models with high cross linkage, high humidity environment applications, RTV patterns, and water
resistant applications.
The envisionTEC WIC 100 G resin has been formulated for the casting of models. Its nano wax content offers a
clean burn out with the highest reproduction details. Wax casting is easy from the envisionTEC WIC 100 G resin
when using a standard wax burn cycle in a gypsum investment. During the burn out cycle, the nano wax melts away
first allowing the resin to burn off without excessive expansion or pressure from degassing, avoiding problems
normally associated with polymer-based materials during burn out cycles. WIC 100 G is a photo-cured resin system
that produces the highest quality part details without sacrificing strength, ease of handling, or finishing.
WIC 100 G is optimal for use in jewelry markets directly producing master patterns for investment casting.
envisionTEC R 05 and R 11 are liquid, photo-reactive acrylates with a wide processing latitude, which are used to produce
parts with high quality up-facing and down-facing surfaces. The parts exhibit superior fatigue strength properties
and excellent tolerances in a broad temperature and humidity range during and after build. The material offers distin-
guished chemical resistance and a good balance of properties between rigidity and functionality. envisionTEC R 05 and R 11
are ideal for creating master patterns in rubber molding applications and suitable for electrical housings, medical
products, snap-fit parts, consumer products, and automotive component applications.
The envisionTEC SI 500 is an extremely durable photopolymer that produces very accurate parts with high feature
detail. Based on a whole new chemistry platform that gives the material high impact resistance similar to thermoplas-
tics, it is a breakthrough in photopolymer technology. Tough, complex parts can be built with a superb surface finish
compared with competing technologies. envisionTEC SI 500 provides considerable processing latitude and is ideal
for the medical, electronic, aerospace, and automotive markets that demand accurate RTV patterns, durable concept
models with highly accurate parts, and humidity and temperature tolerant parts.
