I'm an experienced headhunter with over 1000 placements on programs and projects ranging
from systems integration, engineering, manufacturing, production, technical management,
contract management, and IT. I've supported a variety of efforts for renewable energy
organizations, (solar, electrochemical storage, polysilicon production, CVD, wafering)—and for
DOD, DOE, NASA, and a wide range of other private organizations seeking technical talent. I
have a strong background with a wide variety of systems, and I'm able to speak intelligently on
many technical subjects.
Highly skilled in full-cycle recruiting, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, reference
checks, salary negotiations, and onboarding. I leverage social networking platforms (especially

ANR Group Inc, Richland, WA Headhunter/Recruiting Consultant 5/2009-5/30/2012
Successfully sourced and recruited polysilicon process engineers, R&D professionals, plant
designers, clean-room instrumentation professionals, and mechanical systems professionals for
a large polysilicon production client with offices in the U.S. and China. Additional clients
include the Battelle organization, (Pacific Northwest National Laboratory), a a variety of DOE-
funded activities on the Hanford site (WRPS, WCH, MSA, and DOE-direct), several specialized
mechanical engineering firms, and a large DOD engineering services firm based in metro D.C.
Sourced passive candidates for key positions including Chief Technology Officer, Chief
Scientist, Senior Scientist, Senior Electrical Engineer, Senior Mechanical Engineer, Senior
Process Engineer, Senior Tax Manager, Senior Federal Contract Manager, and a variety of

I worked on a wide variety of projects with typically shorter term, quantifiable goals in technical
recruiting, sales recruiting, sales management, sales training, development and implementation

Developed unified technical approaches for complex engineering/technical efforts from diverse
inputs. Developed staffing plans, personnel sections, corporate history, contract history and
other proposal sections tailored to fit specific RFP requirements. Held contributing authors to

3. BBSI, Technical Recruiter and Branch Manger 1999 – 2001
Initially hired as the Branch Manager and Recruiter for the BBSI Kent, WA facility with a primary
emphasis in new business development. Concurrently opened and managed a new branch
office for BBSI in Bellevue, WA dedicated to IT, software testing, and software development
recruiting. Sold PEO (employee leasing) services to mid-sized Washington firms.
Technical Recruiter, Project Manger, Various Clients, 1998 – 1999
Contract recruiter, technical recruiter and project manager for several small to mid-sized firms.
Recruited personnel for engineering, project management, and training contracts. Most of these
staffing efforts resulted from large government contract awards--typically from proposals I
worked on.
GSMIC, Analyst and Recruiter, 1996 – 1997
Provided detailed, on-site operational analyses of U.S. and Canadian businesses with volumes
typically between $2 million and $30 million. Identified discrepancies in management
procedures, inventory control, production, sales, marketing, HR, and accounting—typically
based on internal financial trend analysis. Major emphasis in identifying uncontrolled expenses.
Made specific, quantifiable recommendations to correct problems. Interviewed and recruited
candidates for Executive Analyst positions. Received the “Analyst of the Quarter” award for the

warhead support (Tomahawk, Standard Missile), systems integration, robotics, automation, and
generalized technical program support for DOD, NASA GSFC, DOT, Navy (NSWC Dahlgren,
NSWC White Oak, DTNSRDC, NAVSEA, and SPAWAR). A primary emphasis of this work
was continuous, ongoing project staffing.
Integrated Systems Analysts, Inc. (ISA), Deputy Program Manager, 1984 – 1989
Deputy Program Manager for Combat Systems Training and Survivability. Systems Analyst in
support of a variety of DOD programs and platforms. Provided program support for NAVSEA

Analyst with D&Z’s SEACOR San Diego office. Project manager for infrared analysis of Navy
surface ship electrical distribution systems. Supported other NDT efforts, including machinery
vibration analysis using FFT. Performed data reduction for ship acoustic signatures on-site at
the ship ranging facility at San Clemente island.
