Driving Force UK is a vip transportation company specialising in supplying a high quality, reliable chauffeur drive service to clients exhibiting at air shows worldwide We have considerable knowledge gained through experience of the air show environment, built through many years of supporting aerospace clients at major international air events and industry meetings.

3. What do we do... Our service begins from the time the contract is signed; we work with our clients to support them in providing an excellent incomparable transportation service to their company. We understand the complex logistical demands of an air show making each show unique in managerial terms, we have unparalleled experience in providing vip transportation to air shows worldwide.

4. How we do it... Specialising in taking a brief from the client, we work closely with key company personnel to configure an outline of requirements together with finalising passenger numbers, which enables us to keep mindful of and stay within budget limitations. Driving Force UK’s success is built around its personnel and internal structure within our organisation, built to satisfy the demands of large ground transport logistics.

How we do it...cont We have key personnel in strategic areas; we understand and acknowledge problems that may arise; these highly trained experienced people will be at the client’s disposal during their air show, to ensure the service provided meets with the client’s expectations. This ethos is extended through to our extremely experienced dedicated chauffeurs who are presented as an extension of our clients’ organisation .

6. Our worldwide fleet... Driving Force’s fleet sets the benchmark for quality VIP chauffeur services. All vehicles provided worldwide will be no more than 3 years old, and will cover the complete spectrum from a basic sedan to luxury top of the range Mercedes limousines, executive mini vans, 6 and 7 seats can be provided, together with small, medium and large executive/hospitality coaches all of which are presented to the highest standard. Availability of the type of vehicle will depend on the air show and city location.

7. Why choose us... Early involvement can eliminate overbooking vehicles and ensure vehicles are available at the times required by the passengers, especially during extremely busy events. We provide experienced English speaking drivers in every city/air show. We receive incoming/outgoing flight information for each passenger; assist with the organisation of car shares/vehicle choice. We can provide meet and greet services worldwide for top executives, providing a seamless service from the plane to vehicle through to the hotel (very useful in cities where the native language is not spoken).

10. All rates include, ERP (electronic road pricing), fuel, unlimited miles, insurance, parking (not air show parking) and driver meal allowance

11. There will be no surcharge applied for dark or unsociable hours

12. Minimum 12 hours per day per vehicle hire

13. Minimum of 4 day continued hire per vehicle

14. 75% deposit is required to confirm the booking

15. Cancellation of any service less than 14 days notice, 50% of the total rates will apply

16. Cancellation of any service less than 7 days notice, 100% of the total service will apply

17. Cancellation of the entire contract, Driving Force UK would retain the deposit
