2. RECIPE N°1
• This is a very refreshing smoothie that will
only cost you 3 Weight Watchers points. You
can use skim milk or soy milk if you like,
just be sure to adjust the points. If you
freeze your berries first you wont have to use
any ice but if you only have fresh fruit on
hand you can add a few ice cubes.
3. INGREDIENTS:
• 1 cup almond milk (I use Vanilla Breeze
unsweetened vanilla, 1 point)
• 1 cup unsweetened frozen berries such as
blueberries, strawberries or a mixture (1
point)
• 1 scoop vanilla whey protein (1 point)
4. PREPARATION:
• Place frozen strawberries in a blender.
• Add vanilla whey powder and almond
milk.
• Blend on high until smooth. If using a
smoothie maker blend smoothie
according to smoothie maker instructions.
Serve and enjoy!

• Banana Berry Smoothie

• Servings: 1
• Try this refreshing smoothie, made with
banana, summer berries, strawberry yogurt
and skimmed milk.
6. INGREDIENTS:
• 1 small banana(s)
• 50 g loganberries, fresh or frozen summer
berries
• 125 g fruit low-fat yogurt, (strawberry)
• 200 ml skimmed milk
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla essence, 2-3 drops
• 3 sprig fresh mint, to decorate (optional)
7. PREPARATION:
• Break the banana into pieces and place in
blender with most of the summer berries.
Add yogurt, milk and vanilla. Whizz
together until smooth, about 15 - 20
seconds.
• Tip into a large glass and decorate with
the reserved berries and mint sprigs, if
using.
