To whom it may concern,
I have pleasure in recommending Murray Controls Incorporated for any panel
building or electrical control design projects that you may be interested in employing
them for.
During 2008 the company successfully completed the design and build of over 30
remote IO control panels for our new Biopharmaceutical plant in Cork, Ireland.
From our initial meeting it was clear that Ernest Murray was a person that we could
rely on to complete the scope of work to our satisfaction. He was ‘hands-on’ with the
panel design from the start with practical advice and a willingness to assist us in any
way to achieve our project delivery targets.
MCI delivered the panels and turn-over documentation in a diligent and efficient
manner and communicated well with our design team during the whole process.
I have pleasure in recommending Ernest and his team to any potential customer and
wish them every success for the future.

Mr. Murray,
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and compliment your
organization on its ability to produce a quality product in a timely manor. As I am sure
you are aware, our recent project had a number of challenges including timing, overseas
standards and in some cases changing scope on a panel by panel basis.
As the ABEC point of contact for the technical content of the project I was
extremely pleased with quality of the parts and craftsmanship of the panels as a whole.
Murray Controls met both the end client specifications and ABEC’s quality standards.
Based on this experience, I am looking forward to working with Murray Controls
in the future with the knowledge that I will receive a quality product that meets or
exceeds ABEC’s stringent requirements.

19. To Whom It May Concern,
I have been involved with Todd Cantrell and Greg Johnson of Murray Controls on several projects at
Robert Bosch. Their work exceeded my expectations throughout all stages of the projects. They provided
well thought-out innovative solutions emphasizing cost effectiveness, performance and reliability. Projects
requirements were all met in a timely fashion along with a willingness to address changing schedules due
to production demands. The design packages were excellent and their installation work was some of the
best I have seen – very professional. Customer support has always been swift, courteous and thorough.
The team at Murray Controls is one of the best electrical integrators that I have had the pleasure of working
with in my 25 years of Electrical Engineering experience. I highly recommend Murray Controls and I plan to
call them for future integration needs.

Ernest,
Although our company policy does not allow for formal letters of recommendation, I would like to express
my thoughts relative to the service you have provided me over the last few years.
Starting with the control panels for the extrusion line in our Texas facility to the same controls for two
extrusion lines in our new plant in China, my experience with Murray Controls has been nothing but
professional. From the beginning, when I received quotations with itemized costs per control panel rather
than the typical bottom line number, I felt like I was dealing with a company that was willing to be above
board in earning my trust. This was also one of the first projects where we relied totally on the control
panel vendor to procure all components, including the large ticket items we traditionally purchased directly
from the manufacturer due to our "substantial discount". The costs were very much in line with what we
expected plus we gained the benefit of not having to purchase and handle these components ourselves.
Since this was my first experience with Murray Controls, I was looking particularly closely at the first set of
control panels during my check-out visits. The quality and accuracy of the fabrication was at minimum
equal to any other panel shop I have dealt with, and in some cases exceeded my previous experiences. All
panels were completed ahead of schedule, and there were no surprise charges in the end. Murray
Control's available floor space and capabilities were invaluable in providing the opportunity to assemble
modules of our extrusion process and perform extended check-our prior to shipment, thus saving us time in
the field starting-up equipment.
Service after the fact is equally important as was demonstrated by your company when two of our control
panels sent to China were misplaced and could not be found. Without hesitating, when you heard of this,
you simply fabricated two more panels and had them in my hands in time to prevent delay of the start-up of
the two extrusion lines.
At the end of these projects, the overall service and products delivered by Murray Controls was one of the
highlights. I appreciate the level of commitment and look forward to additional project work together in the
future.

Mr. Ernest Murray
Ernest,
I have just returned from our site in Iowa Park, Texas and wanted to give you some
feedback regarding the latest inverter cabinet that you fabricated for us. The cabinet exceeded
my expectations and contributed to a flawless start-up of our system. I know we put you under
pressure by moving up our delivery but I appreciate how you and the staff at Murray Controls
came through for us. The quality of the cabinet is excellent and our interaction with Tony
superb. I’m not sure if you knew, but Tony also helped us out when we were in a bind to quickly
acquire some parts for another project as well. We looked at several vendors before choosing
Murray and it certainly appears I made the right choice. I look forward to working with you on
future projects.

22. Ernest,
I’d like to take just a minute to thank you for your good service on all the recent panel orders. Joe says he is
well pleased with the technical quality following his inspection visits, and the plant owner seems happy, so
you will definitely continue to see requests for proposals on future projects. As you know, you earned the
opportunity to be awarded these orders on a competitive basis and we’re delighted to have you on our list
of quality panel shops. Your responsiveness on proposals and in working with us when we encountered the
inevitable last-minute-change is appreciated.
Our clients are always looking for the best value when appropriating project funding and look to us to
assure they are getting it, so we need to be able to recommend and rely on professional organizations that
are clearly interested in long-term relationships. I’ve recommended Murray Controls to our procurement
manager and the other lead buyers for projects they are working on and I look forward to working with you
on a regular basis.

Subject : A Job Well Done !
Dear Mr. Murray,
I just wanted to express my appreciation for the great job your company did designing, and constructing
control panels for recent projects at the US2 and US9 facilities. The quality of work was excellent. You were
able to meet an aggressive schedule with minimal issues.
Also, I wanted to point out the superior communication between from engineering staff in which they detected
issues within the specifications, providing feedback and worked with us to resolve these issues prior to
delivery. Most firms would have not even questioned these issues. This saved us a tremendous amount of
time during commisioning and avoided a lot of rework on the fly.
Your staff’s expertise, dedication and attention to detail is an invaluable asset. Thanks again for for all of
your hard work.
I look forward to doing business again with you in the future !

Subject: Commendation for Superior Integration Services
In business we often get very busy with our internal demands and do not recognize our
supply chain partners I want to take this opportunity to personally thank you for the
outstanding service provided by Murray Controls to Schneider Electric over the last
three years.
When we first started this endeavor, we were experiencing tremendous growth and
needed supplemental capacity. Shortly after we contacted you, you had employees
here at our facility working in our Switchgear wiring department while you made
arrangement to develop internal capacity to support our business. We’ve come a long
ways from that point to where you can perform both electrical and mechanical assembly
work for our products for several of our plants in the Southeast.
Furthermore, the quality of your work has been outstanding. Many of our customers are
in the Critical Power market and reliability is an absolute requirement. The quality of the
work and the personnel that you’ve provided to us has been first class.
Thanks again for your support and we look forward to continuing our partnership with
Murray Controls.

26. To: Whom it may concern,
My name is Larry Smith and I’m the Plant Operations Manager for Schneider Electric, better known to most
as Square D Company. It’s my understanding that you have requested some input from prior clients of
Murray Controls. I am writing to confirm and share our business experience with that company.
Unlike current economic conditions, 2007 was a “boom” year for our site. In addition to a reasonable
domestic growth in our customer demands, we were the benefactor of an extremely large international
order. By itself, the volume of work generated by this order was equivalent to approximately 2 ¼ months of
production. This special surge mandated special actions.
We had concerns about our ability to ramp up as quickly as would be needed. We had further concerns
about our people resources and how we could readjust upon completion of this extraordinary event (the
international order). Out of respect for people, we strive very hard to not have involuntary layoffs.
It appeared the obvious solution was to try to outsource some work. The challenge was that our past efforts
in outsourcing were usually slow to implement, error prone and non-productive in particular due to rework
mandated by quality of work we received back.
Murray Controls proved to be a breath of fresh air in that regard. Ernest and his team were able to secure
qualified resources which trained up very quickly. I believe this success was driven in large part by their
commitment … a “whatever it takes” kind of attitude. While errors were extremely rare, if something did
occur, Ernest and/or his lead person on the project would “own” the issue. They dug into the details until a
clear understanding was obtained and then assured that corrective actions were implemented.
If our customer changed priorities or timing, adjustments were mandated in the previously agreed to
schedules we had established with Murray. This caused extra efforts and coordination for the Murray team,
but it was always willingly accepted and well managed.
Finally, I would add that I believe Ernest Murray is an honest, straight forward and credible small business
man. He acts in a professional manner and does what he promises he will do. Personally, I would not
hesitate to contract Murray Controls again whenever our business requirements so dictate.
Please do not hesitate to call if you should have further questions.

I wanted to take a moment and express my appreciation for you and your company. I guess
we've now worked together now on 5 or 6 projects (with many more to come I'm sure) and
I've always been more than satisfied with your work and professionalism, and that goes for
all of the personnel that I've worked with from Murray Controls. You have consistently met
your commitments and have gone above and beyond to deliver an excellent product. This
holds especially true for your panel shop, which I have found to be excellent. In my time
with Johnson Controls and before, I've had many companies build panels for me, and this
includes our own internal Johnson Controls panel shop. I have found the quality, timeliness
and accuracy of your panel shop to meet or exceed all of my previous experiences. Thank
you for your work. It has been a true encouragement to work with a company of such
integrity and professionalism. I look forward to working with you on many more projects in
the future.
