Responsible for ensuring that the final deliverable of a software development program

Large-scale financial application platforms to manage multiple application development projects
, deliver a solid set of requirements artifacts, to understand the project standards, oversee
Technical design and build, and to develop and Implement solid test plans and test cases/
Scenarios to accurately test all aspects of the System and to maintain detailed and accurate
Documentation per all project standards

* Responsibilities
 Lead project and teams to making client implementations successful
 Experience managing the change request and enhancement request releases for the client
Understands the different levels under Change management process and coordination required
with business. Exposure to the any ticketing system is preferred
Understand Problem Management procedures and experienced in managing Problem tickets
Understand the impact & urgency to business based on which incidents priority is determined
Translate strategic business needs into practical architecture and budgeting / reporting

Define systems strategy; develop systems requirements; design, prototype, implement

Manage project teams in delivering projects on time and within budget
Communicate and manage tasks and activities to a schedule with the team
Provide feedback to team members as appropriate
Perform requirements gathering and analysis to include: analytical techniques, interview
techniques, data gathering techniques, current system documentation,
business modeling methods, business process, rules and logic, data gathering to solve complex
issues, development of implementation plans, development of requirements,
JAD sessions and key analytical troubleshooting
Develop and implement test plans/scenarios to ensure successful delivery of multiple finance
related IT projects
Communicate effectively in both verbal (i.e. day-to-day discussions, team meetings) and written
(requirements and design specifications) form, as well as have an overall ability to be clear and
concise in all communications
Accurately determine, assign, track and manage project task, activity, documentation, time and
information per internal practices and key financial systems best practice standards. Accurately
assess the risks associated with each solution design/project•
□Support the closing activities as defined with finance
Facilitate/Manage IT change management for the finance IT environment (based on change
management procedure)
Establish and uphold IT Governance in partnership with Financial business leaders
Recommend and implement enhancements to current HFM and other Hyperion applications to
improve application performance and user experience
Partner with other team members to troubleshoot data integrity issues between applications
Maintain proper documentation to be compliance with Sox audit on system access control and
change control
Manage budget and costs tracking for all IT finance activities
Manage process controls, task flows, consolidation and data clearing procedures
Develop and migrate application changes as defined by Finance needs
Assist with application and server patching/upgrades
