tầm quốc tế.”
6. Sáng tạo đổi mới - innovation
Sự sáng tạo đổi mới bao gồm 4 loại:
1. Các sản phẩm và dịch vụ mới
hoặc được cải tiến
2. Các qui trình và phương thức sản
xuất mới hoặc được cải tiến ( bao
gồm cả công nghệ và hậu cần)
3. Các hình thức tổ chức mới hoặc
được cải tiến

8. Một xu hướng mới
Open Innovation – Sáng tạo mở
http://www.eidon-lab.eu/index/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=66&lang=en
“Open innovation is a paradigm that assumes that firms can and should use
external ideas as well as internal ideas, and internal and external paths to
market, as the firms look to advance their technology”. Alternatively, it is
"innovating with partners by sharing risk and sharing reward."The boundaries
between a firm and its environment have become more permeable; innovations
can easily transfer inward and outward.

— now gaining adoption within private and
government sectors — could be applied within a
traditional academic science community.

13. • “The ‘open’ in open innovation stands for the bi-
directional aspect of innovation and collaboration. That
is, we take ideas from NASA and seed it externally and
we take ideas from external sources and seed them
inside. This thinking truly promotes a truly open
collaborative environment.” –

17. Một số hoạt động về sáng tạo mở
• TED (conference)
– We believe passionately in the power of ideas to change attitudes, lives and
ultimately, the world. So we're building here a clearinghouse that offers free
knowledge and inspiration from the world's most inspired thinkers, and also a
community of curious souls to engage with ideas and each other.
• Techshop
– TechShop is a chain of member-based workshops that lets people of all skill levels
come in and use industrial tools and equipment to build their own projects.
• Maker faire
– Maker Faire is an event created by Make magazine to "celebrate arts, crafts,
engineering, science projects and the Do-It-Yourself (DIY) mindset".
• Open Education / Open Educational resources
– Open education is considered to be a revolutionary approach to the future of
education. This critical evolution of instruction could have the potential to create
a global population that has access to rich material and incredible resources
worldwide.
• CyArk's Mission
– CyArk operates internationally as a 501(c)3 non profit organization with the
mission of using new technologies to create a free, 3D online library of the
world's cultural heritage sites before they are lost to natural disasters, destroyed
by human aggression or ravaged by the passage of time.
18. Một số khái niệm về sáng tạo mở
• Crowdstorming
– Over the last decade, organizations like GE, P&G, DARPA and LEGO have
pioneered a particular type of work with crowds. They work with crowds
to brainstorm, or "crowdstorm.“ Crowdstorming patterns are evolving
quickly from simple searches for ideas to more complex interactions
where crowds take on multiple specialized tasks.
• Crowdsourcing
– is the practice of obtaining needed services, ideas, or content by soliciting
contributions from a large group of people, and especially from an online
community, rather than from traditional employees or suppliers.
• Crowdfunding
– is the collective effort of individuals who network and pool their money,
usually via the Internet, to support efforts initiated by other people or
organization
• Creative common license
– A Creative Commons (CC) license is one of several public copyright
licenses that allow the distribution of a person's work. A Creative
Commons license is used when an author wants to give people the right
to share, use, and even build upon a work that they have created.

19. Cùng sáng tạo mở
• 4 yếu tố thúc đẩy sáng tạo:
– Entrepreneurship spirit: Tinh thần kinh doanh
– Mixing the clusters: Đan xem các cụm việc
– Monitoring the dwarfs: Theo dõi các xu hướng mới xuất hiện
– Active government and universities activities: Sự tham dự chủ động
của chính phủ và khối đại học
• 4 yếu tố ngăn chặn sáng tạo
– Absence of leadership: Thiếu sự lãnh đạo
– Lack of interest: Thiếu sự quan tâm
– Extreme Inbound open innovation: Sáng tạo mở nhưng hướng hoàn
toàn vào nội bộ
– Mistrust: Thiếu tin tưởng
