The Local Chapter of AIESEC at FTU Hanoi has grown substantially since being founded in 2009, becoming one of the largest in Vietnam. In 2013-2014, the LC achieved strong exchange results that exceeded the previous year's numbers, high customer satisfaction ratings, and effective leadership development initiatives. They have also worked to strengthen community partnerships and collaborate with other local chapters.
2. Founded on 2009, LC FTU Hanoi has grown so fast that becomes one of
the biggest Local Chapters in AIESEC Vietnam. We are proud of our legacy
we leave for the next generations: sustainable growth and healthy
leadership development. Our vision would not change as we aim to be the
most sustainably growing LC in AIESEC in Vietnam. We believe that applying
for this award is meant to be a recognition for our members’ effort
through generations, to make LC FTU Hanoi as fruitful as today.

A group of 5 people came to pick me up at the airport at 7 a.m, which means they had to
depart so early. I heard that 2 of them stayed at a hotel near the airport, and the others
stayed at one`s house, so they could arrive airport on time to pick me up. I was so touched
when i saw them in the early morning, I didnt expect that they could come so early. And from
that moment, i knew that my internship would go smoothly because AIESEC is always by my
side.
