The presence of silicon in the soil increases digestibility of phosphorus, potassium,
magnesium, effect on growth and exchange processes.
Silicon forms the plant resistance to temperature changes, to radiation, toxic substances,
fungal diseases, damage by pests.
The first scientific and practical results of application siliceous fertilizers shows the effect
siliceous fertilizers on the yield of sugar beet with different schemes application in low-
moisture Russian steppe.
Growth productivity ranges: 2.2 -5.5 t / ha or 5.5 - 13.8% in comparison with the control. Also,
there is an increase of sugar content in root crops by 0.5-0.8%
