What: The Giving Common Challenge
Hosted by the Boston Foundation, The Giving Common Challenge is a
community-wide, 36 hour giving challenge that begins on 8:00 am on
Wednesday, October 10th and ends on Thursday, October 11th at 8:00
pm. 547 Massachusetts Not for Profit organizations like Brockton Day
Nursery will try to raise over 2 million dollars collectively while
competing for thousands of dollars in prize monies.
Why: Support Brockton Day Nursery
By donating in the early morning on October 10th, you can make us one
of the first 10 nonprofits to reach 50 unique $25 gifts – making us
eligible for a $1,000 Early Bird Prize. By donating at between 8:00AM and
10:00AM you can double your donation to Brockton Day Nursery and
make a real difference in the lives of our students, families and
educators.
When: 8:00AM on Wednesday, October 10th
Set your alarm, wake up early and make a donation of $25 or more to
Brockton Day Nursery as the clock strikes 8:00AM to support Early
Education and Care and our mission of providing to serve the needs of
families and children by providing comprehensive child care and
support services. The first 10 nonprofits to receive 50 unique donations
of at least $25 wins $1,000.
How: Make a $25 gift to Brockton Day Nursery
Donate online on October 10th at http://givingcommon.org by
searching for Brockton Day Nursery. You can also stop by the Brockton
Day Nursery conference room at 243 Crescent Street on Wednesday,
between 8AM and 5PM to make a donation on one of our laptops. All
proceeds will support the students and the classroom education of
Brockton Day Nursery. If we win an early bird prize, we will raise $2,250
for BDN before our morning coffee!
