1. What is serviced fee?

Serviced fee as you may also see in the Service fee column is the visa vietnam fee we charge for arranging
the "Visa approval letter" for picking up your visa-upon-arrival at any Vietnam airport.
Unless you already have valid Vietnam travel visa stamped on your passport, you must have "Visa approval
letter" at hand for picking up your visa-upon-arrival at the airport in Vietnam.
You cannot enter and travel Vietnam and will be forced to fly back to your country of origin if you do not
have the pre-approved letter for picking up your Vietnam visa-upon-arrival at the airport.
Vietnamese travel agents and companies could help you arrange the pre-approved letter for picking up your
visa-upon-arrival at the airport. In our case, we only require our clients to pay for our service if and thus, the
term we call "Service Fee."
Please note that the service fee does not cover the stamp fee, which will be paid in cash directly at the
airport when you pick up your Vietnam visa.
What is the stamping fee?
Stamp fee, as you see in Stamping fee column, is the fee you have to pay in cash directly at the airport
when you pick up your visa there.
You must prepare in cash USD for paying stamp fee when you pick up your visa at Vietnam airport. Here
after the tariff you can consider to prepare the money.
- $25USD for single entry visa from 1 month to 6 month visa
- $50USD for multiple entries visa from 1 month to 6 month visa
- $100USD for 1 year multiple entries visa.
Once again, you must paid in cash and prepare cash for this amount because you can not pay by credit
cards for this amount at the airport & there is no ATM in this area at the airport.
Where to get the visa stamp?
We arrange visa upon arrival at the airport for those entering Vietnam by air & wish to get visa at the airport,
and therefore your visa must be picked up at the airport. You should contact Vietnamese embassy to get
visa if you NOT entering Vietnam by air.
You must have pre-approved letter from Vietnam Immigration Department allow you pick up your visa upon
arrival at the airport. Without this letter you can not boarding the airplane & get visa when you arrive.
When you arrive at the airport of Vietnam, you will see "LANDING VISA" counter before you check out,
coming to the "Landing visa" counter, show the pre-approved letter for checking on the system then wait for
your visa stamped on your passport.
Thing to do:
- Print out the "Visa approval letter" for picking up visa upon arrival Vietnam at the airport.
- You should prepare in cash for paying Stamp fee at the airpor.
- 2 passport size photos (4x6cm)
- Filling Application Form for enter and exit Vietnam. You may download this form & filling
in advance.

Need a single or multiple entries visa?
First of all, we would like to inform you that our visa service available at the airport only. Therefore your visa
must be picked up at the airport of Vietnam when you arrive if you use our visa service.
Warning : You should contact Vietnamese embassy to get visa if you NOT entering Vietnam by air.
Please consider our advice below to decide single or multiple entries visa.
- A single entry visa allows you enter/ exit Vietnam 1 time or it is also called visa with single use. Once your
single entry visa used, you can not entering again Vietnam with this used visa. You must apply for the new
one if you want to come back Vietnam again. For example, with 1 month single entry visa, you can enter
Vietnam stay for less than 30days. You can not re-enter Vietnam if you exit Vietnam after 10days staying,
even your visa valid for 30days.
- A multiple entries visa allows you enter / exit Vietnam unlimited times as long as your visa still valid. Your
multiple entries visa must be picked at the airport when you arrive. After getting your multiple entries visa at
the airport, you can exit & re-entering Vietnam at any port s you want.
Vietnam Business visa? Or Vietnam tourist visa?
Vietnam Business visa is a visa for businessmen/women who have business, job, or company,... in
Vietnam.
Vietnam Tourist visa is a visa for all people who would like to visit Vietnam as tourist.
Anybody can apply visa to Vietnam as Vietnam tourist visa or Vietnam Business visa. Because it is not very
important for you to apply tourist visa or business visa and the price is the same. It just take difference as
multiple or single visa.
In conclusion, your visa must be picked up upon arrival at the airport of Vietnam, you can exit Vietnam at any
port you want after you get your visa stamped on your passport at the airport. We recommend you apply for
multiple entries visa if you intend to enter/exit Vietnam many times for a period.

3. How the pre-approved letter look like ?
After you fill the form online & settle the payment successfully, we will send you pre-approved
letter for picking up your visa upon arrival at the airport. Please make sure you must have the
pre-approved letter & print it out for boarding the airplane & get visa at the airport.
You can not boarding the airplane & Can not get visa at the airport without the pre-approved
letter.
