2. Recovering Your Lost Password:

3. Go to Twitter and click “Forgot it?” underneath the login box.

4. Then you will be directed to https://twitter.com/account/resend_password

5. Enter your email address or Twitter username.

6. Also, there may be a captcha to prove that you are human.

7. Click Send Instructions.

8. If you linked your mobile number to your account, you will be asked to enter your phone number.

9. You will then receive an email from Twitter so you can check it out immediately.

10. Click the reset link in the email you received from Twitter.

11. Choose a new password.

12. You will then be directed to your homepage.

13. You can now login using that password.

14. Changing Your Password:

15. Sign in to Twitter.

16. Click Settings found on the upper right hand navigation bar.

17. Click the Password tab.

18. Type in your current password.

19. Type in your desired new password on the New Password Box…

20. ….and Verify New Password box.

21. Click Change to save the changes.
