At Advansoft I was working as an assistant for global business head and he put me in an
analyzing and marketing finding global opportunities for one of their hospitality web
service portal called snagout.com which is travel metasearch website where users can
search and book hotels, flights, vacations, rental cars etc. online my job was to research
on this business and find the global opportunities, issues, and competitor analysis and
guide the IT department to make necessary changes and updates.

Snagout.com business model is Affiliate Marketing
Affiliate Marketing is an online marketing advertising
channel that puts merchants in charge of an online
marketing sales force to earn rewards or commission
through the sales drive by the Affiliate’s own efforts.
Why Affiliate Marketing
Hard to get direct interface with properties (Hotels /Motels)
GDS ( global distribution System) company’s charge big
amount for the interface and charge commission per booking
Eg : Pegasus , Sabre , Travelport
Workings as affiliate for bigger companies who already have
GDS is more easy to integrate and pay more commission
Most of them provide white label solutions
Eg : Expedia , Travelpayout , Wego , hotelscombined etc.
Expedia have their 40% of Revenue coming through Affiliates

16. Conclusion
The project was related to the hospitality industry and online booking system
Opportunity to learn about the business and business model,
the major industries in United States are of Travel and Tourism
contributing 1.47 trillion USD in 2014 to GDP. It is predicted that it will contribute more
than 3.0 trillion USD by the year 2017.
Barack Obamas campaign to promote the tourism industry and making the airport entry
procedures stress-free in order to charm the universal guests was the main reason that
this industry reached a limelight in 2014. This campaign also generated more jobs for the
inhabitants of Unites States.
Advansoft International Inc. Provides an excellent learning environment for international
business Interns. Almost 90% of our Interns receive offers to remain with the corporation
after graduation.
Based on my personal experience, I would like to recommend people to avail this
internship facility. There are problems like difficulty in coordination with leaders or some
over work. This might cause lack of sleep but there is much to learn for a new employee.
The work environment we got gave us a professional touch and it polishes us for future.
One of the best things is we got a paid internship and this can help every new employee.
There housing and medical facilities are just amazing. They exactly know how to make the
new trainee a job holder. My experience was a good one and I had learned a lot from this
internship

• Paid holidays (while on work rotation)
• Qualified for medical insurance benefit
• Housing allowances
Difficulties and Problems:
Professional Problems:
• Difficulty in time management due to lack of experience.
• Difficulty in communicating with project leaders due to work limitation

Personal Problems:
• Getting transport for office
• Lack of Sleep
• Lack of Car Parking
