NA CARD UAT – PAPER provides New functionality and Regression
Testing support to Citibank on the dispute section of the Bankcard.
Various systems like Pegarules, Sawgrass and UCSS are tested and
other than disputes, the team also works on Account Maintenance,
Payments and security process.
Role / Responsibilities
· SME of the team.
· Assisting the Team Lead in all project related activities and acting as
perfect Team Lead back up.
· Prepare the UAT Plan and Exit report for the releases.

Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC) is a Credit Card & Debit Card Dispute Processing System for the

association based association rules. Also we use to test Regression pack as well inorder to make sure that new
enhancement is not affecting the existing functionality.

Mainframe Applications:
Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC):
Pega is a web application created by "Pegasus" which was mainly developed for dispute processing.
It runs in Java Platform, uses SQL Query as the Query Language and Mainframe as backend. It also interacts
with various other applications across platforms like UCSS, Sawgrass, Online Interface, etc., We have tested
various modules like AM for A/c Maintenance. Team, ER for Chargeback team, GF for Good Faith Team, etc.,
in it. Also we have supported platform testing like version upgrade and we have seen (5.0, 5.5, 6.1 & 6.2)
Host/AWS/Mainframe Rumba:
AWS is a backend application created by IBM.Its also knows as Mainframe or Rumba.
It fetches details from database and helps users to gather information on an A/c. or CM.
It also verifies data which flows through it like from Pega to AWS and then finally to Association and vice
versa. This action reduces any error made by the front end application or front end users.
This application is being used across network by different teams for various purposes like FinC calculation,
Reject Reports verification, Card Closure, etc.,
