This document outlines the planning and structure for an 80-page music magazine. It details that the magazine will include: a front and back cover, a 2-page content section, 22 pages of interviews, 12 pages of articles, 16 pages of reviews, and 3 pages for competitions and concert previews. It also allocates 18 pages for advertisements. Photography plans are then proposed for the front cover, contents page, double-page spread, and trading card, specifying camera angles, compositions, and subjects.

2. • Front cover:
The very first page of the magazine.
• Cover Story (Trading Card included):
Five pages. Since it is the highlight of the issue, the
news/interview must be more than another articles.
• Content page:
Two pages. It is a guideline for audience to look for the
features. But we have 80 pages in this magazine, so
the content page should be 2 pages in order to
introduce more features.
• Interviews:
Twenty-two pages. Interviews are exclusive
information, it makes the features in the magazine so
special so the audience will think it’s worth buying.
What does it include? 80 pages contained in this magazine, including:
3. 3
• Articles:
Twelve pages. It features news of music in the month. Apart
from interviews, the articles are usually second-hand
information, but also important for audience to know.
• Reviews:
Sixteen pages, including reviews of concerts, music albums,
etc. There are many new music released every month, plus it
is essential in a magazine to guide the audience.
• Competitions and Concert Teasers:
Three pages. It doesn’t need many pages, because it is just a
notice for audience and encourages them to support the
music.
• Advertisement:
Eighteen pages. Another way to earn profit, it may also be
useful for audience who need advice before they buy.
• Back Cover:
The very last page of the magazine.
