ever attended.
It has not only given a direction to pursue my dream but has also
brought out my confidence to become a teacher. The trainers are
absolutely excellent in their knowledge and experience and are very
friendly and dedicated. The topics covered in the program are
extremely interesting and helpful in understanding the basics if Child
management and teaching concepts.
This is certainly the best teachers training for any aspiring Pre-
school teacher. I feel happy and lucky to have undergone the

Firstly, It gives me immense pleasure to share that I have got an opportunity to work with one of the best
schools in Bangalore as a Main Teacher. So I would like to thank each and every individual who trained me
well and helped me in giving confidence to get exposed to entirely a different profession to what I was doing
in the past.
I take this opportunity to thank Mr.Varada Murthy Sir for helping me to write my short term goal which has
come true today. The effort of getting the Guest Lectures have definitely inspiring. Your thought of molding
teachers and giving them to the society has definitely been successful.
Thanks to the Beautiful and gorgeous Nalina M’am for believing me more than me. It was so easy for her to
say "Kavitha go and am sure you will come with all the offer letters" that's the level of confidence the Institute
builds. You come up with lot of energy and a model of inspiration.
Lastly, Mr.Subramanya sir for making number of calls to the schools and scheduling my interviews. I know I
have definitely troubled him for the interviews.
Short note on this place, I never thought this teaching Institute would be such a great help to me which
helped my dream come true. However, this is the BEST place for anyone (at least for me) which has helped
and given a wonderful opportunity to what I always wanted to be in life.
I'm walking with the pride of being an Effective Mom and an Effective Teacher. Thank you for making this

Great beginning for teachers!!!!!!!....A much
needed warm up!!!!
Teachers' workshop was conducted by
Mrs. Nalina, resourse person from HR
Consultants, People First Leadership
Academy. It was an Activity based
workshop.
The success Principles, Intra-personal and
Inter personal skills, classroom
management, Memory Games......and so
on.....
Though I was not present for the whole
session, I could hear laughter,
giggling,...noise....from the Hall... ....Really
interactive..... Later they told me that the
workshop was mind blowing....
A great start for the year....Now my
teachers have renewed their energy.....

My Perception and Attitude towards people, perceiving
things are completely changed fruitfully after attending the
“Integrated Teachers Training Certificate Program”
(ITTC) offered by People First Leadership Academy.
Because now I am carrying a promising DREAM and
working towards it with the help of excellent Coaches of
PFLA which enables me to give my best to empower my
skills and values as well. The sessions are very practical and
we must feel the difference before and after attending all the
sessions.
This program is structured very beautifully to empower
