Students who: • have been in the care of a local authority • have a disability or learning difficulty • are a young carer • have refugee or asylum seeker status • are the first generation to go to university • have been eligible for free school meals or in receipt of a 16-19 college bursary • live in an area where less than average people go to university • live in a household where the main wage earner is in National Statistics category 4–8 Closely targeted – OFFA guidelines and additional fee income Please discuss any extenuating circumstances with the Compact Plus Coordinator
