Data Innovation: Generating Climate Solutions Event
1. DATA INNOVATION:
GENERATING CLIMATE
SOLUTIONS
10am EST / 4pm CEST
DHL POST TOWER LAWN
BONN, GERMANY
This high-level side event jump-starts the Sustainable
Innovation Forum with discussions and examples of data-driven
innovations to accelerate climate solutions and the Sustainable
Development Agenda.
The objective is to foster collaboration between governments,
innovators and climate experts by providing a forum to share
cutting-edge ideas, inspire collective action, and explore
concrete ways to replicate and scale data innovations for SDG13.
The event will feature the winners of the Data for Climate Action
(D4CA) Challenge, an unprecedented open data innovation
competition to leverage big data and analytics for the social
good. The Challenge was launched earlier this year, and called
on innovators, scientists and climate experts to use data to
accelerate climate solutions.
The event will be livestreamed at DataMakesPossible.com/Bonn
