COMMON PROBLEMS
1)

People usually save all their files on local drives.
When required they share these files so that someone else could access!
Due to this the common problems that arise are:

a)

To create any report you have to dig through many files.

b)

No backup.

c)

Managing and locating the data is difficult.

d)

What if files are required out of office or out of network?
COMMON PROBLEMS
2)

people still use papers for reports, applications, purchase orders, invoices.
Due to this the common problems that arise are:

a)

To create any report you have to search through cabinets for papers.

b)

No backup.

c)

Moving the folders to other locations is difficult.

d)

Paper printing is expensive.
COMMON PROBLEMS
3)

There is no central place to manage all your projects.
Due to this the common problems that arise are:

a)

There is no co-ordination between two teams especially when they are at different locations.

b)

No backup of reports.

c)

You don’t get all the reports at a central location.

d)

Whenever you need information, you have to call the team and request for the required
information instead of getting current status. It’s a waste of time and resources.
POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
1)

A central storage for all documents, reports, forms, etc.

2)

Single database to backup.

3)

Online forms are used instead of papers that are easy to fill and use.

4)

A central location from where you can easily track progress and issues in projects.
WE HAVE A SINGLE
SOLUTION FOR YOU
