Case: Co-op with our conference partner Syntase to deploy an interactive
conference voting and instant feedback system to be implemented at the Mearsk
Global Leadership Conference 2014 with the company top 160 attending
Solution: echo.it delivered our enterprise social network platform as a gamified
solution to promote ideas and best practice via awards and social focus in a specified
short timeframe. Especially insights from other industries was highlighted. To truly
highlight the end-consumer, all employees were asked to share a selfie with a pension
fund customer along with answering a couple of questions. Thereby showing the
diversity of the customer-base.
Results
• 100% participation on the echo.it system
• Real-time interaction with the strategy encouraged real-time knowledge sharing
between C-level executives
• Instantaneous top management feedback on topics that popped up (some
preselected)
• Two-way communication inspired participation in strategic goals from day one!
• Delivery of the takeaways after the conference for further use.
Challenge: Provide an intuitive interactive solution that could be operated with little
previous knowledge by the Mearsk global leadership team so that they could interact
with the strategic insights presented at the conference.

Case: A pension fund today needs to become a consumer brand to match the
changing trends in modern careers. This is a story how we helped create focus on the
end-customer for all 1300 employees in two months.
Solution: echo.it delivered our enterprise social network platform as a gamified
solution to promote ideas and best practice via awards and social focus in a specified
short timeframe. Especially insights from other industries was highlighted. To truly
highlight the end-consumer, all employees were asked to share a selfie with a pension

Challenge: In a world where people change jobs more often and live longer, the
rules are fast changing for pension funds. One of the largest Nordic pension funds
wanted to extend their reach and go from mainly being a B2B brand to also be
conceived as serving end-customers as well. To truly engage all in the coming change it
was needed to collect ideas, but also make all show a commitment to the end-
customer.

Case: Taking a service improvement scheme from slides and KPI’s to actions
and daily shared commitment in the largest provider of textile services in the UK for
~500 ongoing users.
Solution: echo.it delivered our enterprise social network platform a country specific
platform with a blend of very operational challenges, knowledge sharing and corporate
values. Later expanded with department and individual competitions and prizes which
was empowered by our gamification engine. .
Results
• An unsupported launch saw 76% activity rate in the first month,

Challenge: Margins matter greatly in the textile service industries. But the same
goes for brand perception among customers which is driven by their satisfaction.
Having worked intensively with KPI tracking on external data and best practice
improvements the time was ripe to provide a platform to collect and recognize the
everyday actions that drive KPI’s in the right direction.

Case: Sharing market insight and fostering common culture
among a workforce spread out on 4 continents with ~500 ongoing
users
Challenge: When sales executives are often traveling and working across several
continents and time zones the shared culture and team spirit needs to be supported in
innovative ways. As a global company Bayer Material Science relies on market insight
about customers, competitors and products to travel fast, but it is often impossible to
know who would benefit from a small piece of information or a best practice.
Solution: echo.it delivered our enterprise social network platform as a global and
highly operational platform with use of goals and surveys to build shared purpose and
deliver insights, tips and celebration instantly in a simple on-the-go format, without the
constraints of VPN access or need for specific devices.
