Conversations will focus on creating an environment that
nurtures and enhances the natural engagement of students
when they use technology to support their learning. This
session will make explicit connections to 1:1 instruction.

Students must apply the facts, concepts, and skills that they
learn into the construction of some knowledge product or
new understanding.

• Students must use disciplined inquiry, that is develop an
adequate base of knowledge and an in-depth understanding
of the content and methods of the discipline, which are
exhibited through complex communication of ideas central to
the discipline.
