OneDrive makes it very easy to manage your work files local and online, share them,
and collaborate with others from anywhere (backup is included).
Migration of data stored local or on TVD File Share
• File share for users in TVD will be discontinued October 3rd 2017
• External Backup Device Service will be discontinued by the end of September 2017
• Policy: Migration of personal data to “OneDrive – Trivadis AG”
• Sync personal data from your device or file share by 2nd October 2017 latest
• Capacity 1TB
• Policy: Migration of business date to TriStore Only!
• For compliance reasons, move customer data (Project, Contract,…) to TriStore only!
• Capacity unlimited

OneNote 2016 makes your paper notebooks, cards, and notes obsolete. Storing the
Notebooks online, you can access notes from anywhere, with any device.
Move OneNote to the Cloud
• Basic guidelines to be published by the end of September 2017
• Important: Local OneNote should be stored in your personal OneDrive for Business
Only with this setting, Backup is guaranteed. Otherwise you may loose your data

Microsoft Stream replacing Video Portal
• Microsoft is pushing strongly Stream and cuts further development for the Video App
• After existing Video files are migrated, TVD deactivates the Videos App
Yammer
• Currently only active for the agile Basel Team to gain experience
• Trialog remains the Trivadis wide Collaboration platform for the moment
Rollout Microsoft Teams & Planner
• Teams and Planner are very powerful and team oriented collaboration Apps
• Create open and digital environments to make work visible, integrated and accessible across
teams from anywhere and any place
