6. Exclusions

7. Booking
Requirements
• ₹5,000 per passenger advance deposit(Non
Refundable) adjusted against tour cost.
• PAN Card details for all International Travel is
required

8. Payment Policy
• Full flight amount (if flights included) and any non-refundable hotel
amount has to be paid immediately at the time of booking
• Amount of non refundable components, if any, other than hotels has to
be paid upfront
• In case of refundable hotels 20% of the entire land portion has to be
paid for booking confirmation and price blocking
• Subsequent payment schedule will be shared by your travel concierge
upon confirmation of the package
• We reserve the right to cancel if payments are not received as per
schedule. Any cancellation costs will be borne by you.
• If the payment terms are not followed TTT will not be held responsible
for any change made in the package itinerary due to non-availability of
flights, Hotels, Ferry etc.
• There might be an increase in total package cost offered at the time of
bookings in case the payments are not received by TTT as per the
terms mentioned and the extra cost need to be borne by the guest.
• Current ROE is taken as 1 EUR = INR 80 . Any change in the ROE
has to be borne by the Traveller. The total package amount will
depend on the ROE of the Final Payment’s Date

9. Terms & Conditions
• A surcharge may be applicable for certain departures.
• Prices are dynamic and based on offers running at the time of booking. TTT
reserves the right to change prices at any time.
• In case the selected hotel is unavailable for booking, an alternate arrangement
will be offered to the customer in a hotel of similar category.
• Pricing of the Holiday Services is based on the age of the passengers. Please
make sure you enter it correctly at the time of booking.
• Furnishing wrong passenger age may incur penalty at a later stage
• TTT reserves the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons
including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals,
weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation
/ re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of visit, etc. While
we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be
held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
• In case a flight gets cancelled, TTT will not be liable to provide any alternate
flights within the same cost, any additional cost incurred for the same shall be
borne by the traveler.
• If your stay is falling on 24th December, 31st December or 14th February, there
may be mandatory Gala Dinner Charges additional that you need to pay at the
hotel directly.

10. Terms & Conditions
• In case of Flight cancelled by the airline because on Non-Operation; Technical
issues, weather etc.; TTT will not be held responsible for any fluctuation of the
fare. We can try speaking with the airline and try getting alternate options, if
any. Any increase in the fare will be borne by traveller
• Gala Dinner during Christmar or New Year is totally as per Hotel discretion and
their Policy. Any surcharges that is charged for these Peak Season will be
borne by traveller. The same will be informed at the time of Check-In and not
while booking the package
• The quotation is Valid for number of travellers mentioned during the proposal.
Any change in Number of Passengers may hamper the cost
• The proposal has a certain validity. Upon confirmation and advance received,
we shall try to confirm your bookings at the committed prices but any
fluctuations in rates due to Non Avavilability of hotel, we shall try to give similar
category of hotel or fluctuated prices will be updated and revised costing will be
shared. In case, both scenarios are not approved, we shall process the refund
of the payment
• In case; you are travelling with Infant/Child; Child car seats and boosters are
not included in your booking and can carry an extra cost. Should you need to
book them, please let us know a week prior to your travelling or you may also
carry your own boosters. The driver may deny the boarding in case child
booster is not there
• In few sightseeings or Tours, The tours start from a city centre point,
transportation to and from the hotel is not included. The details for same shall
be shared in Vouchers & Detailed Itinerary

11. Terms & Conditions
• If the payment terms are not followed TTT will not be held responsible for any
change made in the package itinerary due to non-availability of flights, Hotels,
Ferry etc
• There might be an increase in total package cost offered at the time of
bookings in case the payments are not received by TTT as per the terms
mentioned and the extra cost need to be borne by the guest
• Final handover of Hotel vouchers / Air tickets / Package Docket etc. will be
done within 10 working days only upon receiving full and final payment

12. Cancellation &
Amendments
• Flights: As per airline policy + ₹1500 per person service charge
Land arrangements: • As per hotel policy + ₹3000 per hotel service charge
• Date of Booking to 30 Days before travel: 20%
• 30 Days to 15 days before travel: 50%
• 15 days before travel: 100%. No refund applicable
• In case of non refundable tours, train tickets, visa charges etc, your
concierge will inform you in advance.
Amendments
• All amendments requests will be treated as new booking. Such
requests for change or amendment will be accepted subject to
availability.
• This discounted quotation is valid till 29th June 2019(fixed departure
dates) for min. 25 Pax

• The above is only a quote and no bookings have been made as yet.
• The above quotation has been based on specific hotels. In case the hotel rooms are not
available as specified above the alternate hotels will be suggested. The difference in cost is
payable extra.
• All confirmations are subject to availability at the time of booking
• Rates/itineraries/payment terms as per present RBI regulations and are subject to change
without any prior notice
