service providers and over 1,000,000+ unique labor rates.
• Rate build-up and maintenance of contract specific
labor rates is challenging using Excel spreadsheets.
• Rates must ultimately be loaded into Track for execution.

3. Phase-I Objectives
• Enhance existing Track v6.2 labor rate import functionality
– Include ERP-Vendor code on the import template.
• Add logic to translate ERP-Vendor code into Track ORG code.
– Include Plant code on the import template.
• Add logic to translate Plant code into Track LOC code.
– Include options to insert new Agreements, Global Skills, and
Agreement/Skill assignments for template/s
– Automate the import of labor rates (i.e. Template interface).

4. Phase-II Objectives
• Incorporate Rate Management functionality and best
practices into Track. Develop a full-featured and
collaborative rate management solution.
