3. Lunch Menu
• Monday: Crispadora, chunky salsa, nacho
cheese sauce, seasoned beans and mixed
fruit.
• Tuesday:
Hamburger, lettuce, pickles, tomato, French
fries, carrots, apple and fruit juice.
• Wednesday: Beefy mac, steamed
broccoli, roll and oranges.
• Thursday: Beef
taco, lettuce, cheese, salsa, cinnamon roll
and applesauce.
• Friday: Fish sandwich, cole slaw, tater tots
and peaches.
4. National Junior Honor Society
All members of the National Junior Honor
Society will meet Friday, September 27th, in
the Courtyard at the beginning of STAR.
Mrs. McPhate’s and Mr. Mullens’ STAR groups
also need to meet in the courtyard during
STAR on Friday.

8. The Van Buren High School
bowling team will begin practice
the week of September
23rd. Practices will be Mondays
and Tuesdays. Students will be
picked up from Coleman around
4:00 and transported by bus to the
practice location. There is no cost
to attend. All students are
welcome until cuts are made after
official tryouts in early October.

1st day of Practice is today
(Tuesday, 9/23)!
Be sure to come to room 311 after
school from 3:15-4:30 and make sure
you have a ride home afterwards!
