Very old ruined castle near Longleat in Suffolk. The
well was very interesting but not as great as other
casltes in England.

Very busy old English Castle in Northumberland. Today
I think this castle has got too many people coming from
different countries. This castle has let us down and we
won’t come back to Alnwick in the future.

Very unspolten castle that needs a lot of repair and work
done to the castle. This castle is also ruined and there
is not any history to the place in Cumbria.
5. 7: Carnarfon Castle
Carnarfon is a brilliant Welsh castle which is
situated in North Wales. This castle was built by
Edward I and still remains as one of the most
important castles in Wales today!.

Edinburgh Castle is high on a rocky ledge
overlooking the city. This castle has a lot of
historical gems and the public can still see this
remarkable castle today

Steep in glorious history, Conwy is a majestic excellent castle overlooking the hills of
Snowdonia and the glorious Suspension Bridge built by Thomas Telford. The castle
was built in 1283 by King James of Edward I. Today this castle remains as one
of Wales most amazing and historical castles to date.

Barnard Castle is one of England’s most historical gem of castles.
This castle sits on a bend overlooking the Tees Gorge. Today
the castle is a ruin but you can still see bits of the castle.
It is owned by English Heritage.

Bamburgh Castle is one of the most dramatic castles
in Northumberland. This castle overlooks the
crashing waves of the North sea and it’s amazing
beach.

Harlech Was built by King James of Edward I in 1283, this castle overlooks
the bay of Harlech and overlooking the nearby castle of Cricceth.
Today this castle is visited by many different people. It is owned between
Cadw and Wales.

2: Built by one of Henry VIII men after the foundations of the abbey to
build a majestic and high castle over the sea.
3: Very popular with people and the National Trust that look after this amazing
property each year
4: Beautiful Gardens by Geutrude Jekylle who was a lady who lived on
the land of Lindisfarne and made one of here original and safe keeping
gardens to date.
