Whenever possible make the

one, one that includes an actual
human being rather than a
message machine. When creating
content for your brand on social
media, make sure that your posts
come off as if a real person would
be creating them. Customers
respond more to a brand that acts
as they do and will be more likely
to be loyal customers in the future.

Creating and developing a

business. When thinking
about your story, you can
never go wrong with the
