What are complete proteins?
As we know, we require amino acids for our normal body functions. There are two types of amino acids: essential amino acids and non essential amino acids.
Essential amino acids are obtained from diet as they are not produced by our body. Where as, non essentail ones are produced by our body. So, the food which provides all essential amino acids are called complete protein. Chicken being a soucre of complete protein provides all essentail amino acids. Rest of the options, ie beans, rice, peanuts, wheat are the sources of incomplete protein. They lack one or more essential proteins.
