They were farmers who grew corn, beans, and squash, as well as hunters who hunted animals like deer, elk, and bear. The Anasazi lived in extended family groups and had religious beliefs that included gods like Manabozho and Coyote. They created art like hieroglyphs on walls and used tools such as spears for hunting.
