This consulting firm would collaborate efforts to create an independent, long-term care plan that will enhance the develop of daily living skills, educate on services and programs available, exercise the right to make healthy living choices, and encourage pro-active involvement of all care-giving professionals in the pursuit of personal growth, presence, and participation in the long term care process.
